On February 14, 2017, Joe W. Forehand informed First Data Corporation that he would not run for reelection as a director when his term expires at First Data’s 2017 shareholders’ meeting. Mr. Forehand decided not to run for reelection to spend more time with his family and does not have any disagreements with First Data on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
