Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 19, 2016, Dr. Scott Gottlieb tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CombiMatrix Corporation and from the Board committees on which he served. Dr. Gottlieb’s resignation was for personal reasons and is not a result of any disagreement with management.
