On November 22, 2016 Stephen M. Cole was appointed to the Board of Directors Green Endeavors Inc. (the "Company").  The appointment was approved by the prior existing members of the Board, Richard Surber and Logan C. Fast.  Mr. Cole has neither prior involvement with the Company nor any business dealings with it operations.
