On November 9, 2016, Arctic Cat Inc. (the
“registrant”) issued a press release regarding its results of operations for the fiscal second quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The
registrant is scheduled to conduct an earnings conference call and webcast at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on November 9, 2016. The earnings conference call webcast is expected to be available live on the registrant’s
website at www.arcticcat.com under the Investors link.
