Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously reported, on August 2, 2016, Ronald A. LaBorde, the Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Amedisys, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his intention to retire from the Company and the Board of Directors, as of January 2, 2017. On November 4, 2016, the Company announced that Mr. LaBorde now intends to continue to serve as the Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of the Company until April 2, 2017.
