On November 3, 2016, Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) announced
that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 58 cents per share for the first quarter 2017. The dividend will be payable on Thursday, March 2, 2017 to Company stockholders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, February 15,
2017. The ex-date will be Monday, February 13, 2017 for holders of the shares of common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Tuesday, February 14, 2017 for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
