Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 26, 2016, A. Schulman, Inc. (the “Company”) announced earnings for the quarter and fiscal year ended August 31, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing these results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein. Also on October 26, 2016, the Company issued a supplemental earnings presentation as attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
