On August 4, 2016, McDermott International, Inc. (“McDermott”) announced that Ms. Kelly C. Janzen, Vice President,
Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, has resigned from her positions with McDermott, effective August 26, 2016. Ms. Janzen will be pursuing other business opportunities.
