On July 14,
2016, Mario Romero, Executive Vice President of Operations – Field and Industrial Services of US Ecology, Inc. (the “Company”),
notified the Company that he will resign from his position effective on August 5, 2016. Mr. Romero is resigning to pursue
other opportunities and his decision was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s
operations, policies or practices.
Effective with Mr. Romero’s resignation, Simon
G. Bell, who currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Operations – Environmental Services, will
assume the additional responsibilities of Mr. Romero as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Operations.
