Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective May 9, 2016, David B. Downing, President – Agricultural Irrigation
Division of Lindsay Corporation (the “Company”), accepted a new position within the Company as Executive Vice President.
Also effective
May 9, 2016, the Company appointed Randy Wood to succeed Mr. Downing as President – Agricultural Irrigation Division. Mr. Wood previously served as the Company’s President – International Irrigation.
