At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (the “Company”) held on April 19, 2016, O. Bruton Smith and Bernard C. Byrd, Jr. were reelected to the Board of Directors by the Company’s stockholders. The other members of the Board of Directors are Marcus G. Smith, William R. Brooks, Mark M. Gambill, James P.
