  Effective January 1, 2016, Richard L. Bready resigned from the Board of Directors of GAMCO Investors, Inc. ("GAMCO").  Mr. Bready continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Associated Capital Group, Inc., the newly formed holding company that was spun-off by GAMCO on November 30, 2015.
