(a) Resignation of Director
On September 22, 2015, Andrew Roberto notified American Railcar Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company effective September 25, 2015. Mr. Roberto's resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors.
