On September 21, 2015, Jennifer Pritchard notified Fossil Group, Inc. (the “Company”) that, effective October 12, 2015, she was resigning her position as President, Skagen to pursue other interests.  Ms. Pritchard’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies or practices.  Ms. Pritchard joined the Company in September 2006 and has served as President, Skagen since July 2013.
