ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL AGREEMENT

 

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Hetnets Tower Corporation ("Hetnets"), signed contracts with Verizon Wireless for the colocation of small cell equipment on Hetnets' wireless infrastructure.  Under the provisions of the contracts, the Company is precluded from disclosing specific terms and conditions.
