On July 1, 2015, American Tower Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has acquired approximately 4,700 communications sites in Nigeria pursuant to its previously announced transaction with Bharti Airtel Limited, through Bharti Airtel Limited’s subsidiary company, Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) BV. A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
