On March 26, 2015, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.03 per common share.  The dividend is payable on May 4, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2015.

Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. Declares Dividend

OSWEGO, New York (March 27, 2015) - Thomas W. Schneider, President/CEO of Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc., the bank holding company of Pathfinder Bank, (NASDAQ: PBHC) (listing: PathBcp) has announced that the Company has declared a cash dividend of $.03 per share on the Company's common stock relating to the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2015.  The dividend will be payable to all shareholders of record on April 15, 2015 and will be paid on May 4, 2015.
