Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On January 22, 2015, Robert J. Cindrich, a member of the Board of
Directors (the “Board”) of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will not stand for re-election when his term expires at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Mr. Cindrich will continue to serve as a member of the Board until the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Cindrich’s decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
