On December 8, 2014, Stephanie C. Hildebrandt gave notice of her intent to resign, effective December 31, 2014, as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (the "Partnership"). Ms. Hildebrandt and Enterprise Products Company ("EPCO"), Ms. Hildebrandt's employer and an affiliate of the Partnership, remain in discussions with respect to the terms of her departure.
