DALLAS (AP) - Crosstex Energy LP and Crosstex Energy Inc. on Tuesday named
President and Chief Executive Barry E. Davis as chairman of Crosstex Energy GP
LLC and Crosstex Energy Inc.
Davis succeeds Bryan H. Lawrence, who will become lead director of Crosstex
Energy Inc.'s board.
The natural gas company also appointed Rhys J. Best as lead director of
Crosstex Energy GP's board.
In addition, Crosstex Energy LP named Stan Golemon as senior vice president
of engineering & operations. He recently led the midstream engineering efforts
for Anadarko Petroleum Corp.s southern division.
The company also promoted Jennifer Johnson, vice president of human
resources and organization development, to senior vice president of human
resources and organization development. Both executives will report to Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer Bob Purgason.
