Phoenix Asset Management invests in Barratt and Bellway on behalf of all the accounts it manages, including the Phoenix U.K. Fund and Aurora Investment Trust. Phoenix Asset Management has under management more than 500 million pounds ($657.9 million). After the referendum vote, Aurora Investment Trust (ARR.LN), which came under Phoenix's management in January this year, increased its shareholding in Barratt to 12% from 11.2%. It did the same with Bellway, rising its interest in the company to 10.5% from 7.1%. Phoenix Asset Management also owns shares in Sports Direct International PLC (SPD.LN) and Tesco PLC (TSCO.LN).

"Phoenix Raises Stake in Barratt, Bellway After Brexit" at 1248 GMT on Monday incorrectly sourced the shareholdings in Barratt and Bellway to Phoenix U.K. Fund. The shareholdings stated refer only to Phoenix's holdings through Aurora Investment Trust.
