Wall Street's watchdog group said it fined Deutsche Bank's securities unit $1.4 million for violating its short interest reporting rule. "Finra Fines Deutsche Bank Securities Unit $1.4 Million" at 12:06 p.m. ET Thursday incorrectly tied the fine to naked short selling.
