Dr. Giovanni Caforio, who will become Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.'s chief executive officer on May 5, is currently the company's chief operating officer. Retiring CEO Lamberto Andreotti will become executive chairman through his retirement on Aug. 3, when he will become non-executive chairman. "Bristol-Myers Squibb Sets Pay for Incoming, Retiring CEOs," published 5:18 p.m. ET on March 6, gave the incorrect current title for Dr. Caforio and new title for Mr. Andreotti.
