Posting of circular and notice of general meeting

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announces that a circular (the "Circular") relating to the proposed disposal of the Company's investment property portfolio and notice of general meeting (the "Meeting") of the Company to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the ordinary resolution was posted to shareholders of the Company on Friday, 3 March 2017.

The Meeting will be held at 9.00a.m. on 23 March 2017 at the offices of the Company, Fourth Floor, 110 Wigmore Street, London W1U 3RW.
