Notification of contract win
Impax Group plc, the AIM listed investment manager focused on the environmental
sector, announces that it has been awarded a mandate by a European institutional
investor to invest in listed equities in the environmental sector. The mandate
(won in partnership with BNP Paribas Investment Partners) specifies that Impax
will ultimately manage EUR150m, with an initial tranche of EUR50m, and that the
balance will be allocated at the discretion of the client.
