SAP Sap SE

Concur Technologies Inc. (CNQR), a maker of software used for travel expense management, is considering a sale of the company, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday on its website, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The company has made approaches to potential buyers, including SAP SE (SAP.SE) and Oracle Corp. (ORCL), although Oracle opted not to pursue the matter, the people told Bloomberg.
