                             Completion of Placing


The directors of Company are pleased to confirm that the conditional placing of
up to 557,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1p per share
("New Ordinary Shares") announced on 16 December 2004 became unconditional this
morning with the admission of 557,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to AIM. The net
proceeds of the placing amount to approximately #5.09 million. Following the
placing the issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprises 622,420,709
ordinary shares of 1p each.
