EURO DISNEY S.C.A. * Company Completes Delisting of Shares and Depositary Receipts from the
London Stock Exchange
(Marne-la-Vallée, November 1, 2005) On July 21, 2005 Euro Disney S.C.A.announced its intention to cancel the listing of its shares and depositary
receipts from the London Stock Exchange. Further to this announcement, the
listing for the following securities of Euro Disney S.C.A. has been cancelled
with effect from 8.00 a.m. on November 1, 2005: Ordinary Shares of Euro0.01 each fully paid FR0000125874
United Kingdom Depositary Receipts fully paid FR0009317670
(Each representing one Ordinary Share of Euro0.01
each) With effect from the cancellation of the listing, all existing Euro Disney UK
Depositary Receipts have ceased to have any value and are now being cancelled. The underlying shares in respect of such Euro Disney UK Depositary Receipts
that were not previously exchanged for shares will be sold on the holder's
behalf and the net proceeds, less commission and expenses, will be sent to the
holder.
Following the cancellation of the listings, investors will still be able to
trade in the Company's Ordinary Shares (FR0000125874) on Euronext Paris.
