LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Compass Group PLC (CPG.LN) said Thursday that it Didier Coutte has ceased to be interested in 30,466 shares in the Company.
MAIN FACTS:
-Coutte is responsible for the Group's French, Japanese and Australasian businesses
-The shares were held by a family trust in which he has a beneficial interest with effect from Sep. 23
-Following this transaction, Coutte retains a total beneficial interest in 779,111 Shares
-His holding represents 0.042% of the total issued share capital of the Company
