LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Citigroup Inc plans to overhaul its bonus
system for hundreds of top managers in an effort to increase cooperation and
minimise infighting among the disparate parts of its business, the Financial
Times reported.
The move is part of plans by the U.S. bank's chief executive Vikram Pandit
to restore Citgroup's fortunes by harnessing potential efficiencies between its
investment banking, commercial and wealth management divisions, the newspaper
said.
