RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Circuit City stores across Virginia will extend extra savings to shoppers during Virginia's upcoming sales tax holiday this October 10-13.
The tax holiday was enacted by lawmakers to promote the adoption of products and appliances that use energy and water efficiently. But Circuit City is pleased to announce that, in addition to those products, it will absorb state and local sales taxes on ALL PRODUCTS sold in its 26 Virginia stores, meaning consumers can shop TAX-FREE on everything at Circuit City during the four-day holiday period.
