And the EU is the second largest tire export market. In 2014, China exported 0.77 million tons of tires (a 15.34% of the total volume) to the EU with a year-on-year growth of 20.83% and brought in an export value of USD 2.440 billion (a 16.71% of the total value) with a year-on-year growth of 9.24%, average unit price being USD 3174 per ton which decreased 9.60% year on year.

Besides, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Australia all constitute as important export destinations of tyres.
