Chelverton Small Companies ZDP PLC
Issue of Zero Dividend Preference Shares
The Directors of Chelverton Small Companies ZDP PLC are pleased
to announce the issue of 849,000 ZDP shares of £1 each (“ZDP
Shares”) (the “New Shares”) at a price of 135.0 pence per share, conditionally upon
Admission.
The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
Company’s existing ZDP Shares.
Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to
the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on
the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (“Admission”).
Admission is expected to commence at 8.00am on 24 March
2017.
Following Admission, the total number of ZDP Shares in issue
will be 9,349,000.
