Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) ("Charter") will hold its
Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") on Tuesday, April
29, 2008 at 10:00 AM PDT in Seattle, Washington.
The Board of Directors has set the close of business on February 29,
2008, as the Record Date for determining who may vote at the meeting.
All stockholders as of the Record Date are invited to attend the Annual
Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be webcast live via the Charter's
website at www.charter.com. The
webcast can be accessed by clicking on "About Charter" on the top right
of the home page. The webcast will be archived on the "Investor & News
Center" in the "Presentation/Webcasts" section under “Financial
Information” on the left beginning two hours
after completion of the meeting. Participants should go to the webcast
link no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time to register.
