Chanjet Information Technology Co. (1588.HK) said it signed an agreement with a unit of Baidu Inc. (BIDU) to jointly develop Big Data products for their clients.

The Hong Kong-listed company, which provides enterprise software products and services for small enterprises in China, said it will partner with Baidu.com Times Technology (Beijing) Co. to develop and promote the applications of Big Data via Baidu Big Data Engine.

By clinking on the big data engine of Baidu Times, "clients can be redirected to relevant services webpages," it said. It didn't give further investment details.
