    CHANGE TO OPTION TERMS

    Baobab Resources plc ("the Company") wishes to advise that the Board of the Company has
resolved to extend the expiry date of 0.5
million unlisted options (exercisable at 11p) held by former Managing Director, Mr. Ian
Cullen. The options were previously exercisable on
or before 31 July 2008 and this has been extended to 30 September 2008.
