    Change of Ticker Symbols
    Following the renaming of the Company's A shares to restricted voting shares and the B
shares to ordinary shares on 23 May 2008, the
Board is proposing to change the ticker symbols from "FPEA.L" to "FPER.L" in respect of the
restricted voting shares and from "FPEB.L" to
"FPEO.L" in respect of the ordinary shares.
    The ISIN and SEDOL for both classes of shares remain unchanged and are GB0030738164 and
3073816, respectively, for the restricted voting
shares and GB0030738271 and 3073827, respectively, for the ordinary shares.
    This change in ticker symbols will take effect from 26 August 2008.
