                Change of Nomad and appointment of joint broker

Zetar, the AIM listed confectionery and snack foods group, announces that it has
appointed Investec Bank (UK) Limited as nominated adviser and joint broker to
the Company, with immediate effect.

Altium Securities will remain as the Company's other joint broker.
