Completion of Name Change to JD Sports Fashion plc
Following approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and the issue of a
revised certificate of incorporation by the
Registrar of Companies, The John David Group plc has, with immediate effect, changed its name
to JD Sports Fashion plc.
The change has been effected to better reflect the market position of the Company as the
UK's leading retailer of sport and athletic
inspired fashion apparel and footwear.
