The Electronics Boutique plc ("Electronics Boutique" or the "Company")
The Board of Electronics Boutique is pleased to announce that, at the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Resolution
proposing that the name of the Company be changed to THE GAME GROUP PLC was
approved, with over 163million votes in favour, representing over 99% of the
votes cast. It is expected that the name change will become effective within
three working days from this date.
The Stock Exchange mnemonic of the Company will then change from EBQ to GMG. It
is expected that this change will also become effective within three working
days from this date.
