       MFI Furniture Group Plc, completion of name change to Galiform Plc


Following shareholder approval at today's Extraordinary General Meeting and the
issue of a certificate of incorporation on change of name by the Registrar of
Companies, MFI Furniture Group Plc has, with effect from today, changed its name
to Galiform Plc.

It is expected that the LSE TIDM (ticker) for Galiform ordinary shares will
change to GFRM with effect from the commencement of trading on 24 October 2006.
