Appointment of Brokers
The directors of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc ('the Company') are pleased to announce the appointment of Teathers, a
division of Straumur-Burduras Investment Bank hf., as broker to the Company. Teathers has also commenced market making in the Company's
shares.
The Teathers business has been established with a number of the personnel who had been employed by the Company's previous broker,
Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited. That company has been obliged to cease market making activities following difficulties of its Icelandic
parent.
