India Hospitality Corp.("the Company") announces that the transfer restrictions
on its ordinary shares and warrants arising from the conditions under Rule
903(b)(3), or Category 3, of Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as
amended, are no longer applicable.
As from 8am on Monday 28 September 2009, the ordinary shares in the Company
