GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER THE 2013 LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("the
Plan")
The July 2017 awards under the Plan were made today to the
following Directors, over ordinary shares of 1p each in Carpetright
plc as follows:

The price used to determine the value of the awards was GBP1.89
per share, being the average of the middle market quotation for
Carpetright shares as derived from the LSE Daily Official List for

vest, subject to the terms of the Plan (including the performance
condition being met), in July 2020.
