CHANGES TO ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
The Company announces that changes to the Articles of
Association of the Company that were filed with the FCA and LSE on
3 August 2015, were adopted by shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting on 10 September 2015.
The amended Articles of Association of the Company have been
