Award of Contract
AdEPT Telecom has won a voice and data contract with the Italian food and cafe
chain Carluccio's Plc ("Carluccio's"). The contract is anticipated to be worth
GBP250k in revenues over the next two years. Carluccio's has 40 restaurants
within the UK and is on track to open 5 new outlets by September 2009.
Carluccio's was founded in 1991 by Antonio and Priscilla Carluccio with the aim
of offering quality, authentic Italian food at reasonable price. Despite the
bleak high street conditions, Carluccio's total turnover in the 17 weeks to
January 25 was 14% ahead of last year and in line with management expectations.
AdEPT Telecom has been trialing products across several sites for the past 12
months and is delighted to have won the contract to roll out their products to
the whole group.
