Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan") Vesting of Shares

Carillion plc announces the following change in the interest of a PDMR in the ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the "Shares") in the Company.

Shares were transferred under the Plan on 16(th) April 2015 to Simon Buttery, MD Carillion Canada and Caribbean, as set out below. In accordance with the Plan rules, the shares were held in trust for one year before being transferred.
