SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Capital Trust Inc. late Monday said it
has begun offering 4 million Class A common shares for sale.
The New York-based finance and investment management company expects the
offering to close around Friday.
The stock closed the regular session up $1.51 at $30.20 but fell in
after-hours trading.
