Cape plc (the "Company") announces that Joe Oatley and Michael Speakman were granted nil-cost options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each on 29 April 2016 pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan:

Subject to certain performance conditions being met, the options will vest on a sliding scale basis on the third anniversary of the date of grant, and be exercisable during the period 29 April 2019 to 29 April 2021. Such part of the options which do not vest, due to the performance conditions not being met, will lapse.
