LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Investigations and risk management group Capcon
Holdings PLC said the trial of the claim and counterclaim regarding the ongoing
legal dispute with the vendors of Argen Ltd has been listed for the week of July
7, 2008.
Capcon said it cannot quantify the possible outcome of the proceedings as
the court's rulings on issues including disputed facts, the interpretation of
the acquisition agreement and historical valuation of Capcon Argen Ltd, will
determine the outcome of the parties' claims and counterclaims.
